Top court hears trucking group's challenge to Los Angeles

U.S. Chamber and NFIB file amicus briefs opposing city's rules for port, which local chamber supports; aviation groups weigh in U.S. Supreme Court justices will decide soon on a lawsuit brought to it by the American Trucking Associations, a case that is lining up business and trade groups on both sides of a dispute.
